THOMAS BILLINGSLEY, farmer; P. O. Covington; is a son of James Billingsley, a native of Maryland; he came to Ohio about 1816, and located in Warren Co., then moved to Hamilton Co. In 1832, he came to this township and entered the farm where Thomas now lives; he lived upon it until his decease, which occurred at the ripe old age of 97 years. Thomas Billingsley was born Jan. 7, 1823; came here with his parents, and helped to clear off the farm where he now resides. He married Miss Mary E., daughter of George Luckey, a native of this State; they had three children, of whom one is living— John E.
