JOSEPH KINKAID, National Tube-works company, McKeesport, was born in Londonderry, County Donegal, Ireland, Oct. 25, 1829, son of Robert and Margaret (Miller) Kinkaid. He was reared in his native county, and came to America in 1852, locating in Philadelphia, where he resided fifteen years. Afterward he traveled from place to place in the county until 1874, in which year he located in McKeesport, where he has since made his home, and with the exception of two years has been in the employ of the National Tube-works company. He is a republican.
