JAMES McROBERTS, farmer, post office Harmarville. of Scotch-Irish parentage, came to Pittsburgh June 22, 1850. He married, in 1854, Margaret Barton, of this place, daughter of Peter and Catharine (Craik) Barton, who came here from Scotland in 1818. They have four children. Mr. McRoberts is a successful farmer, a republican, and the family are of the United Presbyterian faith.
