S. H. Cover, proprietor of furniture and undertaker establishment at Mountain Grove, Mo., was born in Illinois January 20, 1865. He attained his growth in his native State and in Missouri, finishing an education received in the common schools by a course in the graded schools under Prof. William Lynch, and afterward worked at various pursuits until 1888, when he came to Mountain Grove and engaged in his present business. He carries a stock valued at $2,000, and is a wide-awake, thorough-going business man. In his political views he affiliates with the Democratic party.
