BALDWIN, W. L., section 20, P. O. Coin; born in Henry county, Illinois, January 1, 1857. Came with his parents to Page county, in the fall of 1869. His father purchased 200 acres of good land in section 20. Here was his home after 12 years of age, occupied as most boys are on the farm—attending school in winter and working on the farm in summer. At his father’s death he was placed in charge of the home place, which he now conducts. He was married on February 19, 1879, to Retta Martin, a native of Illinois. He is capable of doing much toward augmenting the interests of Page.
