WISSMAN, GUST, livery and sale stable, 1039 Main street; residence same; born in Prussia in 1849; came to the United States in 1854, and located in Quincy with his mother. He first opened a feed store; in 1875 he went into the livery business, and in ‘76 opened a saloon in connection with his other business, corner of 11th and Maine streets. Deals in horses and livestock generally. He is an active, energetic, enterprising business man.
